CEO / Founder
Chris Reynolds is a seasoned certified DevOps engineer with over two decades of experience. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Surton, Chris is responsible for driving the highest quality standards in the industry by building the right team and keeping them laser-focused on the customer’s objectives. Prior to Surton, he was the founder of BriteCore, an insurance technology startup that sold to Private Equity in 2019.
Chris’s leadership qualities and his ability to drive technological innovation have been recognized with several accolades, including the Missouri Small Business of the Year award in 2012, the Lifetime Service award from the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, and three-time recognition on the Inc 5000 list.
CTO / Founder
Ben Hayden has been building data-focused cloud architectures for over 16 years. He is a certified AWS Solution Architect and has managed large migrations, greenfield projects as a leader, consultant and engineer.
He has deep experience building SOC 2 compliant insurance-focused data solutions as well as HIPAA compliant platforms. He takes a pragmatic approach when it comes to software design, balancing the right layer of abstraction with producing the highest business value in the shortest amount of time.
Zeera, a VC-funded startup, needed a team of backend engineers and AWS professionals to help them navigate a pivot from B2C to B2B. They were looking for a top-tier team that could keep engineering costs within budget.
When Zeera partnered with us, they chose our Catalyst package. Our team quickly integrated with Zeera’s operations, providing a seamless transition and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. We help manage the engineering and provide CTO-level consulting to the management team.
